Our Brigaders have been really busy preparing our company nativity evening. Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Our run up to Christmas

Our explorers are looking at other countries and this week tried foods from places around the world.
Juniors are learning to be generous with help from the bible story about Zacchaeus. We are raising money for Junior Mission for All.
Seniors are becoming Global Citizens, learning about faiths and cultures around the world and also trying new foods.
Brigader are being Active in Worship. They are preparing and arranging our Nativity evening for the whole company. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Congratulations Sophia

We all enjoyed church parade last week. Along with our enrollment we were also able to share in Sophia's christening service. Sophia is one of our seniors and chose to be baptised at this time. We pray she knows Gods blessing as she continues her faith journey.

Juniors plan a tea party

The juniors made invitations for their parents to come to their tea party in a few weeks time.

We've had a fun evening tonight

We've all been busy in our groups tonight. Explorers made models of people.
Our juniors made chocolate biscuits ready for a tea party. They looked yummy!
Seniors went on a community walk and looked at what's good in the world, remembering that God created everything that is good. We also shared cheese and biscuits as we chatted and strengthened our own friendships.
The brigaders tried to imagine what Jesus would write if he had a Facebook page.

All our badge work is planned and sticker books are waiting to be filled.

Welcome to new website

Girls’ Brigade starts back for the new term on Monday 10^th September 2012.  During the evening we will be making window decorations for our church harvest festival,  playing some games and finding out how everyone spent their summer holiday.

In true GB fashion I’m sure the term will start off with biscuits or other goodies to eat.

We look forward to seeing you all then.
