The Girls' Brigade (GB) is a Christian Uniformed organisation that is active in over 60 countries and who's history goes back 120 years. GB is led by Christian women who volunteer to help girls face new challenges in an ever demanding world by just having fun and enjoying life.
At the start of the 21 Century we are constantly tackling new challenges so that our organisation can continue to grow well into the future.
1st Bournemouth Company meets at Victoria Park Methodist Church on a Monday evening from 5.30 pm. During the evening we play games, hear stories, do craft and take on lots of different activities to cover our badgework. We also organise camps and sleepovers, church parades, fundraising activities, as well as days out.
In 2013 we celebrate our 120th Anniversary. Look out for news about our activities and celebrations. We're set for an exciting year.
